Not so much a theory as a ponderance.

Have you ever considered whether bacteria and the like know that they inhabit areas of living creatures? Do you think that they imagine themselves to be on land, like we do?
Do you think, that if they knew where they were, some might wish to relocate to nicer places?
Do bacteria have bacteria-like beings living on them?
for that matter, are WE bacteria-like organisms on a living planet? Not living as we understand the term, but living in some way.
I suppose this line of thinking is not dis-similar to the Frisbie theory in some ways.

Another thing: We can't see things if they are too small, but can smaller things see them with their naked eyes? For instance, could an ant see a bacterium? If a bacterium had eyes, could it see an atom? An extreme example, perhaps, but it gives the idea of what I mean.
